THE RECORD NORTH SHORE Highland Park Councilmember Jeff Hoobler says he will resign amid liquor-license controversy During that meeting, Councilmember Annette Lidewar proposed a motion to get rid of the clause, but Mayor Nancy Rotering and Councilmembers Tony Blumberg and Kim Stone voted against the measure and it failed.
