Dr. Mordechai Kedar is Research Associate at the BESA Center for Strategic Studies at Bar Ilan University, a renowned expert on radical Islam, and served for 25 years as Lt. Col. in Israeli military intelligence (and still in the reserves as part of the Northern Command.) He joins VOI’s Yishai Fleisher in-studio to spell out the religious motivations of Islamic State terrorists, President Obama’s outsourcing of Iran as a tool against ISIS and future scenarios for the Middle East.
