New York Times takes a pass on the important Israel stories, focuses instead on those provocative peace-threatening West Bank settlements

The New York Times’ Obsession With Settlements Means It Misses Other News

One of the ways the New York Times shows its bias against Israel is with decisions on the placement of stories. The latest example comes with the newspaper’s decision to print a news article, above the fold on page one, about a flap between the Obama administration and the Israeli government over a West Bank settlement. I’d argue that this doesn’t really amount to “news” much at all. American governments have been critical of West Bank settlements for decades. Israeli governments, meanwhile, have for decades supported allowing Israeli Jews to live in the West Bank.
