Joined by city & state officials, marchers from disparate parts of the Jewish community came together today to protest a recent rise in anti-Semitic incidents here…“It’s very chill,” said Zachary Braiterman of the Upper West Side, who noticed the crowd’s diversity. “You got your Trumpers; you got your anti-Trumpers; you got your Zionists; you got your anti-Zionists; you got your ‘normals,’” he said. Braiterman himself, a professor of Jewish studies at Syracuse University, came to the rally with fellow members of Congregation Ansche Chesed, one of hundreds of participating groups and institutions.
