“Investigation by Sweden’s public broadcaster SVT alleges Tehran enlisted Swedish gangs to carry out targeted attacks in Europe, with Iran International among key targets”

Iran deployed Swedish gangs to target enemies abroad

…The documentary draws on intelligence documents, gang member testimonies and expert analysis to piece together what it called a disturbing operational pattern: Iranian operatives offering incentives in exchange for targeting designated entities. Among the top targets identified are Israeli interests and diplomatic missions and the London-based Persian language outlet Iran International. Iran International, which has a broad viewership inside Iran, has long faced threats from the Islamic Republic, but the report appeared to provide previously unreported details on Iran’s mobilization of street-level criminal networks to carry out attacks. Feras Hamdan, a 36-year-old Ohio doctor, turned himself in with counsel on Friday and was arrested and charged after allegedly forcing Republican Representative Max Miller off the road in a road rage incident. According to Rocky River, Ohio, police, the incident occurred on June 15 when Hamdan allegedly tailgated Miller’s vehicle, swerved erratically, and ultimately veered into his lane, causing the congressman to drive off the road to avoid a collision. Police said Miller’s wife and 2-year-old son were also in the car at the time of the incident in the suburb of Cleveland. Rocky River Police Department confirmed to Newsweek Friday afternoon that Hamdan was a doctor. He appeared in court for arraignment earlier in the day…The police report says that Hamdan allegedly honked his horn, shouted threats, and made aggressive gestures toward Miller while pursuing his vehicle. “Influential media personality Tucker Carlson revealed his true colors as the most dangerous spokesman for Replacement Theology in his recent interview with Texas Senator Ted Cruz”

Tucker Carlson Embraces Replacement Theology and Curses Israel
Tuly Weisz
June 19, 2025

…[Tucker] Carlson, on the other hand, was expressing the view that Christianity in fact supersedes Judaism. After the Jews rejected Jesus, God broke His covenant with the nation of Israel and even replaced the “Old” Testament with the “New” one. This belief is known as Replacement Theology, and was the primary driver in Christian thought throughout history. Replacement Theology led directly to centuries of Christian antisemitism, Crusades, Inquisitions, pogroms and the Holocaust. After the horrors of World War Two and the miracles surrounding the founding of the State of Israel, millions of American Christians have rejected Replacement Theology in recent decades and have come to believe that God has maintained a special relationship with Israel, the land and the people. THE FREE PRESS Eli Lake: They Predicted World War III. They Were Wrong After the video of Sahar Emami, the Iranian news anchor in full chador diving for cover mid-rant as an Israeli bomb struck her studio, the most viral clip of the 12-day war was brought to you by a man who did his damnedest to prevent it: Tucker Carlson. On his podcast, Carlson responded on air to the first reports of Iranian strikes on the U.S. airbase in Qatar. “Ugh, this is just sad on every level,” he said, placing his hand on his heart. After reading the initial report of the strike from Axios, Carlson said he was praying for America and “I hope that people who have audiences will be responsible, will remember that, like, life is short, you’re going to have to give an account.”

PM: Israel will ‘hit all nuclear facilities,’ has destroyed half of Iran’s launchers
Nava Freiberg
June 20, 2025

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated Thursday evening that Israel is “ahead of schedule” in its military campaign against Iran, exceeding prior expectations and poised for further success. In a rare Hebrew-language interview with the Kan public broadcaster, Netanyahu said Israel has destroyed at least half of Iran’s missile launchers, eliminated key military leaders, is targeting paramilitary forces and will hit all of Iran’s nuclear sites — including the heavily fortified Fordo nuclear facility. “We are ahead of the schedule we set, both in terms of timing and results,” the premier said, nearly a week after Israel launched what it says is a preemptive campaign to neutralize an existential nuclear threat from Iran. JPOST Seth Frantzman: Iran exploits Israel’s urban defense challenges as it seeks to terrorize civilians Iran’s early morning missile fire on Israel on June 19 brought destruction to several areas. The strike on Soroka Medical Center in Beersheba was a blow to Israel’s medical facilities. Another missile struck in Ramat Gan in a busy business area. Because most businesses are closed, the strike did not cause loss of life or the kind of impact it might have had if it were a normal day. However, the attacks on June 19 are clearly unique in the seven-day war. The Ramat Gan strike is yet another example of how bad things can get here. We have air defenses, but they can’t stop every attack.

The key moments from the testy Tucker Carlson-Ted Cruz showdown

June 18, 2025

Sen. Ted Cruz’s (R-TX) interview on Tucker Carlson’s podcast published on Wednesday devolved into a shouting match at times between the two GOP heavyweights, with insults and charges of ignorance and antisemitism dominating the two-hour conversation between one of the Republican Party’s biggest pro-Israel champions and one of the most vocal critics of the U.S.-Israel relationship. The interview was relatively civil for the first hour, but began to devolve when Carlson and Cruz started debating the benefits of the U.S. relationship with Israel and the merits of Israel and the United States allegedly spying on one another. NYC mayoral candidate Zohran Mamdani: Why would anyone besides an antisemite not be done with Mamdani?

The Specter of a Mamdani Mayoralty

June 17, 2025

What started as an outlandish nightmare scenario for Jewish New Yorkers is becoming frighteningly plausible: Democratic state assemblyman and mayoral candidate Zohran Mamdani is surging in polls, closing the gap with presumed front-runner Andrew Cuomo. This week’s Public Policy Polling survey of 573 likely voters even shows Mamdani taking a slim lead of 35% to Cuomo’s 31%. It’s a safe bet that none of Mamdani’s growing support is coming from the Orthodox Jewish community. “Zohran Mamdani is running the most deceptive, divisive, and anti-Semitic campaign in the history of New York City,” says Queens state assemblyman Sam Berger. Born and raised as a Muslim in Kampala, Uganda, Zohran Kwame Mamdani moved to New York at age seven with his parents, extremist Columbia professor Mahmood Mamdani and filmmaker Mira Nair. They were expelled from Uganda by dictator Idi Amin over their Indian heritage. READ MORE

The Ultimate Deception: How Trump and Bibi Outfoxed Iran
Michael Doran
June 13, 2025

They died in their own beds. Hossein Salami and Ali Shamkhani—Iran’s most senior military officers and the stewards of Iran’s nuclear weapons program—had spent years threatening Israel with destruction. They issued taunts, organized terrorist attacks, and orchestrated, since October 7, the encirclement of the Jewish state in a ring of fire of their terror proxies. And they knew—without the slightest illusion—that Israel had the capability and resolve to kill them. This cohort saw the Israeli air force bury Hezbollah’s Hassan Nasrallah in his bunker, hundreds of meters beneath the streets of Beirut. They saw Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh vaporized in a presidential guesthouse—in Tehran, no less. Yet on Thursday night, they came home as usual and went to sleep—unguarded, unworried, carefree. Like insurance salesmen and bank tellers following their daily routines, it never occurred to them that they might not wake in the morning. But they didn’t. READ MORE

To Jews still on the fence, you don’t have to agree with every Israeli policy, but know this: When the knives come out, it’s not policy they hate. It’s you.

FUTURE OF JEWISH
Israel should make every Jew incredibly proud right now.
Joshua Hoffman
June 18, 2025

Every Jew should be incredibly proud of Israel right now. Not just for its innovations, its culture, its defense establishment, or its Nobel Prizes, but for its courage. For standing alone, again. For doing what every Jewish heart, no matter how secular or skeptical, has quietly hoped it would do: Defend us when no one else will. In making the first move to eliminate Iran’s nuclear program, Israel has done what the so-called “international community” refused to do…Some Jews in the Diaspora have the luxury of pretending they don’t need Israel. They’ve convinced themselves that their safety rests in “progressive” or “universal” values. But when the synagogue windows shatter and supposed allies keep their mouths shut as Jews are indiscriminately targeted, they are forced to remember, painfully, why Israel exists. READ MORE

Are Jews Dragging America into a War?
Rafael Medoff
June 17, 2025

In strikingly similar language, prominent radical voices in Congress have been claiming that Israel is trying to “drag” the United States into war with Iran. “The U.S. must make it clear that we will not be dragged into another Netanyahu war,” Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) declared. Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.) warned: “We should not allow ourselves to be dragged into yet another conflict, against our will.” Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib (D-Mich.) said, “We cannot let [Israel’s prime minister] drag our country into a war with Iran.” And their fellow-“Squad” member Rep. Summer Lee (D-Pa.) asserted: “We cannot allow a war criminal to drag American troops and resources into another endless war.” The language used by these leaders of the far left is, ironically, reminiscent of what some of the most notorious figures on the far right were saying in the late 1930s and early 1940s. NATIONAL REVIEW The Horseshoe Coalition Against Israel on Iran With Donald Trump now loudly backing Israel’s war on the Iranian nuclear program and issuing increasingly hawkish warnings against the mullahs, there has been a lot of teeth-gnashing and garment-rending from the usual quarters — and these days, those usual quarters are a horseshoe-shaped alliance of doves and antisemites on the “restrainer” right and the progressive left. At times, it can be hard to tell their rhetoric apart. They form a uniparty of opposition to resisting America’s sworn enemies.

Hezbollah’s Role in the Israel-Iran War Is to Await Iran’s Orders
David Daoud
June 19, 2025

Hezbollah was supposed to be Tehran’s insurance policy if Israel contemplated attacking Iran — the group’s massive arsenal either deterring the Israelis or, failing that, acting as the Islamic Republic’s first line of response. But so far, even after the intense bombardment of Iranian targets as part of Operation Rising Lion, Iran’s star proxy is only offering rhetorical solidarity, its Secretary-General Naim Qassem’s official statement indicating Hezbollah is awaiting orders rather than rushing to join the fight. The Israelis inflicted a significant and unprecedented defeat upon the group during their recent war. They have eliminated most of Hezbollah’s top military and political leadership and a significant percentage of its missile stocks — though estimates vary on exact figures. The Israelis have barely let up since, targeting the group’s remaining assets and critical personnel almost daily. Hezbollah is therefore in no state to fight Israel, and renewed war would likely allow the Israels to further degrade the group. READ MORE
