Who can blame the international community at large for sidelining the phenomenon of anti-Semitism, when the Jewish world, whether out of a naïve sense of political correctness or merely resignation, seems to have accepted it as a permanent and indelible phenomenon, to be tolerated and suffered rather than to be dealt with and combatted? The recent vile events that occurred at the end of October, 2018 are nothing new.
