…The conspirators planned a multistage attack, a mix of high tech elements and low. The first stage would consist of a swarm of flying drones, the type of quadcopters used by hobbyists, law enforcement, and the military, that would carry small loads of explosives to set buildings surrounding the White House afire and panic the large crowds gathered for the UFC event. The explosives would be detonated in a sequence intended to herd the crowd toward areas where snipers would be positioned, who would then conduct a coordinated slaughter. This massacre and its accompanying explosions would provide cover for the assault’s second stage, a breaching of the White House gates by another group of gunmen.
