Israeli-Palestinian football match is “a crime against humanity”

PA sports officials condemn friendly game between Palestinian and Israeli kids:
“A crime against humanity” 
“An act conceived by sick souls”
“A crime and an unpatriotic and immoral act” 
Last week, Palestinian and Israeli boys met in Southern Israel to play in a football match organized by the Israeli Peres Center for Peace. The Palestinian Authority daily reprinted an article from Agence France-Presse that described the match and the initiative in a positive light. However, news of the joint sports activity with “the Zionist enemy” was not well received by PA and Fatah leaders. In reaction to the friendly game,JibrilRajoub, Deputy Secretary of Fatah’s Central Committee and Head of the Palestinian Supreme Council for Sport and Youth Affairs, stated that:

“Any activity of normalization in sports with the Zionist enemy is a crime against humanity.”
