Anyone who thought Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia’s dissent in Thursday’s Obamacare — which Scalia now calls “SCOTUScare” — ruling was intense should read his dissent in Friday’s 5-4 ruling legalizing same-sex marriage in all 50 states. In fact, Fox News’ Andrew Napolitano said that Scalia’s Obamacare dissent “looks like a Christmas card” compared to his rebuke of Justice Anthony Kennedy’s majority opinion….“This practice of constitutional revision by an unelected committee of nine, always accompanied (as it is today) by extravagant praise of liberty, robs the People of the most important liberty they asserted in the Declaration of Independence and won in the Revolution of 1776: the freedom to govern themselves.”  READ MORE
