Hundreds of Palestinians riot as Jews allowed on Temple Mount for Jerusalem Day

Clashes erupted between Palestinian rioters and police on Sunday morning at the Temple Mount compound in Jerusalem’s Old City, as hundreds of Jews were allowed into the holy site [the holiest site in Judaism] to celebrate Jerusalem Day — the 52nd anniversary of the unification of the capital in the Six Day War.
