A Minnesota congresswoman called AIPAC a “hate group” inciting against her after the Israel lobby featured her in an attack ad. “AIPAC claims to be a bipartisan organization, but its use of hate speech actually makes it a hate group,” U.S. Rep. JNS Congresswoman targeted by AIPAC Facebook ads calls pro-Israel lobby a ‘hate group’ McCollum introduced a bill in November 2017 that would have mandated the U.S. government to certify that its military funding to Israel is not used for “Israeli military’s ongoing detention and mistreatment of Palestinian children.” [Ilhan] Omar and [Rashida] Tlaib support the anti-Israel BDS movement. The three congresswomen voted against a resolution in July condemning BDS.
