I’m breaking the proverbial fourth wall today. This blog is officially in year twelve, begun in April 2014. Prior to that I’d been sharing these stories via mass BCC emails but I eventually ran afoul with GMAIL where they were intermittently denying email access due to email volume. A friend suggested I explore blogging news items instead so I set up a WordPress site that lives to this day on the inter-web with all my posted content back to 2012.

Shortly after the blog, I set up a MailChimp account and began emailing my list a weekly RSS report comprising all the week’s posted content. I’m honored to have assembled an impressive list of international readers, many of them leaders in the Jewish community, in pro-Israel advocacy, in government and many others who just share my love of Israel.  Many see my content via the MailChimp email, but others follow the WordPress blog directly and receive an email each time I post a story (there’s a blue banner link on the blog labeled “Follow ArchitectGuy on Israel” if you prefer that).

I post these stories because there’s an unfortunate dearth of reliable reporting on Israel and an informed public is vitally important since this ultimately influences public policy.
