Af­ter five elec­tions in less than five years and suf­fer­ing the rule of a weak and frac­tious coali­tion de­pen­dent on a rad­i­cal Is­lamist par­ty’s back­ing for a year and a half, the coun­try has fi­nally formed a pop­u­lar and sta­ble gov­ern­ment.
